About Me

This is where I write about raising kids, training for races,  decoding AI infrastructure, and occasionally, understanding why my phone autocorrects “case” to “kiss.”

Writing here is my way of slowing down, connecting the dots between technology, family, and the odd comedy of everyday endurance.

You’ll find a few different tracks here:

  • AI I want to unpack the complex concepts behind AI one lego block at a time in a way my kids want to read it.

  • Kids & Learning – I love kids books and I enjoy reading the better ones to my six year daughter

  • Fitness – my attempts at outrunning midlife, one race at a time or one Peloton class at a time.

  • Humor — because if you can’t laugh at a K-Pop concert with 15,000 screaming fans, what’s the point?

The name The Long Run comes from something I’ve come to believe:

My best thoughts come on my long runs alone or with my running buddies.

If any of this resonates, stick around. I post twice a week, sometimes more, depending on how many neurons are still firing after bedtime stories.

Thanks for running alongside.
